Minor code monkey here! I think I've forgotten basically everything I know about Wiki formatting, but I might be able to at least spruce up the main page. It should be relatively easy to make those boxes. Want me to give it a shot? Happy 08:48, 6 January 2010 (UTC)

Firstly I am SO sorry that I haven't responded at all over the past... week. =n=; I think I know what to do, I just gotta finish appropriately editing the images, and one of the modmins will need to implement this because my ACCESS is DENIED. There's two ways I think you can go about it, one easy and the other somewhat proven: I'm gonna try explain both, as much for my reference as for everyone else's.

Basically, I went snooping around in Hrwiki's files, and what they've done is they've made skins for the boxes over here. If you refer to the main page, MainPageKnowledgeBaseBox is the box on the left, and MainPageWhatsNewBox is the one on the right. It's kind of like clothing, that's been given a ludicrously long name. The names MainLeftBox and MainRightBox would probably be easier on the eyes.

If I go for this method, eventually I'll post some code, which needs to be put onto this page! Here I run into a problem where they have coding for the default boxes, and I don't know what will happen to that if we just slap my code in there. Now, since Hrwiki is full of friggin' technical geniuses, they appear to have deleted it and it still works fine, but I am terrified that I will end up breaking something if I attempt the same. So... that's something I can tackle later. (B

Once that hurdle's been jumped, writing class="MainLeftBox/MainRightBox" in between two "|"s should throw the skin over it!

The OTHER method is for me to just upload the images, and hope that linking to it in our main page CSS will work. It's... less likely to kill the Wiki, that's for sure. I guess I'll try to test this out on my own page first.

While 'researching' this I discovered Hrwiki has a background image too, which might actually be more important for that general atmosphere... MAYBE NEXT TIME. |D; In the meantime, I hope this at least tides someone over while I prepare the pictures, in a vaguely-confusing sort of way.

Hahaha, thank you! <33 Hmm, that would have to do with the background, I think: if I'm going to put her there then I might as well change the whole background, hehe. I'll go check out how to do that. Anything Vocaloid-related is fine. Also, you can ask for help from Miyuki and Kev on anything you need.
